A non-disclosure agreement where both parties share and protect each other's confidential information.
A mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA) is an NDA that runs both ways. Both parties are disclosing confidential information and both are bound to protect it, which fits situations like partnerships, integrations, or merger talks where each side opens its books to the other.
Because the obligations are symmetric, MNDAs are often faster to negotiate than one-way NDAs, since neither party wants terms that would hurt them when the roles reverse. For a closer look, Popform has a full explainer on what an MNDA is.
