Auto-Complete, Bulk Actions & Saved Signatures

Popform usage has really picked up, with some users now sending ~100 agreements a day. This release is a set of quality-of-life features to make that pace a lot easier.

Auto-Complete

Before, even if you signed an agreement before it went out, you still had to manually mark it complete once it came back. Now, if you sign a document in advance, or if your document doesn't require a signature at all, you can pre-select to mark it complete when you create the request.

Bulk Actions

As you keep using Popform, your Outbox becomes one of the most important screens in the app. Until now it was hard to act on more than one document at a time.

Now you can select every document marked Sent, Ready to Complete, or Completed and take quick action across all of them at once. Sent a document to 5 different recipients and need to cancel all of them? Done in a couple clicks.

Save Your Signature

This might be the most-used update we've shipped yet. You can now save a default signature right from your Popform profile. Next time you send or receive a doc, click the signature fields assigned to you and your John Hancock drops in instantly.

Autofill Personal Fields

A couple releases ago we added new field types including Name, Title, Email, and Company, which fill in automatically when assigned to a recipient. We forgot to make them fill your own values too. Now they work for both your recipients and any admin-assigned fields, so filling out documents and sending requests is that much quicker.

As always, there are a handful of small bug fixes behind the scenes.
