E-Sign Compliance, The Inbox, Nudges, & More

This was a big update -- we should have released it in smaller chunks but we got carried away. Next time!

Here's some highlights of what's inside.

1. ESIGN & UETA Compliance

We dotted more i's and crossed more t's to ensure that we are ESIGN and UETA compliant. If you don't know what that is it's not a big deal, it just means that our e-signatures are legally binding in the US.

2. Meet the Inbox

We renamed the My Docs tab to Inbox and moved it out of the Docs section and into Requests. Now, every form you receive and fill out via Popform can be found in Requests > Inbox.

We already know of a few more changes to the sidebar that are in development now but this is a great step towards more clarity in the platform.

3. Viewed Activity & Enhanced Audit Logs

We've added "Opened" events to the activity tab of each request making it easy to see whether your client actually looked at your proposal or not!

4. One-Click Nudges

By default, document and signature requests expire within 14 days. Now you can send a one-click Nudge (ie an email reminder) to a recipient if they're taking too long which also resets the 14 day expiration period.

5. Improved Dialogs

We got rid of all the side drawers that opened up when you first went to fill a form and replaced them with cleaner, clearer, and more mobile-friendly dialog boxes instead.

• Toolbar for first-time users when no fields are present
• Removed the back arrow navigation button in the Filler for better UX
• Added Signed event to Activity tab
• Browser, OS, and device now included in Activity tab
• Improved new field positioning on page
• Renamed "Created" to "Completed" and added more Download buttons to table views
• New Filler dialogs
• Fully executed (Status = Complete) docs are stored in a separate S3 with 7-year retention periods for further security and compliance
