Powered by Claude

Auto-detect is the ability to upload a PDF and have Popform draw the fields for you. We have completely rebuilt it on Claude.

Accuracy, speed, and intelligence have all improved. Fields get drawn automatically, assigned field types and data labels instantly, and individual recipients get detected and tagged by field.

We tested auto-detect across the competitors, and nothing comes close to what Claude-powered auto-detect does inside Popform.

AcroForm support

Popform now supports the Adobe AcroForm spec, so PDFs that already carry fillable fields work natively. Upload the document, click Auto-Detect Fields, and the fields come through accurately every time.

Contacts and companies now sync with Gmail

You are already managing your most important documents in Popform. It only makes sense to manage the people and companies behind them in the same place.

Contacts and companies now sync from Google, which also means documents get assigned to those contacts automatically instead of you creating each one by hand. This is a big step toward what Popform is really for: helping you operate your business, not just move paper.

Org switching

You can now manage multiple Popform accounts from a single dashboard. Multiple workspaces inside one account shipped earlier this year, and this goes a step further for anyone running more than one business. Each account still needs its own paid plan.
